Traditional 200 Hr 

A traditional 200hr yoga teacher training program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. The curriculum typically includes asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. The program is to be completed over the course of several weekends with each weekend focusing on a specific aspect of the curriculum. Students will have the opportunity practice teaching and receive feedback from experienced instructors. By the end of the program, students will have the skills and knowledge necessary to confidently teach yoga classes

Yin Yoga Teacher

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to deepen your understanding of the practice and its connection to the fascia. Through this program, you will learn how to effectively teach Yin Yoga and guide your students towards a deeper level of relaxation and mindfulness. Our curriculum includes in-depth study of the fascia and its role in the practice, as well as hands-on training to help you develop your teaching skills. Join us and take your practice to the next level!

Prenatal YTT

Prenatal Yoga Teacher training is designed for yoga teachers who want to specialize in teaching yoga to pregnant women. This training covers the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, as well as the modifications and adjustments needed for a safe and effective prenatal yoga practice. Participants will learn how to create sequences that support the physical and emotional needs of pregnant women, and gain the skills and confidence to teach prenatal yoga classes.

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Our Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a gentle yet powerful program designed to guide teachers and dedicated practitioners into the art of rest. Through long-held, fully supported postures, you’ll learn how to calm the nervous system, encourage healing, and create space for deep stillness. This training explores the foundations of restorative practice, the effective use of props, class sequencing, trauma-sensitive teaching, and the energetic and emotional layers of rest. Whether you're looking to lead restorative classes or incorporate these techniques into your existing offerings, this training will leave you feeling resourced, grounded, and confident in holding space for others to slow down and reconnect.
